Perhaps you are an experienced Pensions Operations Manager within a third-party administration provider seeking a career move to work within a large in-house pensions scheme? Or you work for a small in-house scheme already in a similar role and now want to take a step upwards and work for one of the UK’s biggest scheme. Whatever your company function, you need to already be an Operations manager, or have undertaken this role before with proven success, to now take on this exciting role and manage your own team of between 10 to 15 pension administration specialists of varying levels of experience. You will role model the company’s values to all those around you.
You will be able to thrive in an environment where tactical decision-making is key to maintaining the balance between quality of service and efficiency, as part of the everyday. This will mean monitoring service levels and if for any reason they are not being met, investigating why, and if necessary, adjusting resources to improve and get them back on track.
You are someone who enjoys empowering and motivating, teaching and developing your team, and watching them progress and develop, under your expert guidance.
