The Role

As a Lead Technical Systems Consultant, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals to install, configure, and support our suite of proprietary applications for our customers both on their premises and within our private cloud.

With a mixture of planned project work and reactive support, the primary objective of your team is to maintain availability and operation of our services for our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support for our applications, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Lead and mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and support our products.
  • Lead technical projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of our products on Windows and Linux servers and cloud platforms.
  • Development and enhancement of standard operating procedures and best practices for installation and support services.

Skills and experience for success:

Experience: You can demonstrate your success as a Lead Technical Consultant

Leadership: You have lead teams and managed technical projects effectively

Technical Expertise: You are comfortable working with Windows servers, Linux servers, and have exposure to cloud platforms. (e.g. AWS)

Problem-Solving: You have a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and developing innovative solutions

Customer-Centric: You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to exceed expectations

Communication: You are able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
