In-house Pensions Operations Manager, min 6mth interim

This offers a varied and challenging interim role for a skilled DB Pensions Operations Manager, supporting operations for a £multi-billion pension fund. 

North East, Scotland or South West - hybrid working, 2 days a week office-based 

About the role 

• Outcome focussed with a change management mindset, you will support the Pensions Operations function 
• Utilise excellent relationship management skills navigating this large, complex organisation, working with key stakeholders, trustees and external providers 
• Focused on member service and engagement, work closely with third party administrators to ensure delivery of highest standards of member service  
• Opportunity to support projects and change delivery 

About you 

• Draw on your expertise in DB operations, gained in-house or third party, managing and driving third party administration services, DC expertise beneficial but not essential 
• Skilled in managing projects, you'll be up to date with relevant Pensions legislation and the developing Pensions landscape
