About the role

Manage a team of Pensions Administrators, delivering services above and beyond SLA's
Oversee workflow, staff development and all aspects of staff management
Look at processes and identify ways to improve services
Take on more complex cases and provide technical support across the team

About you

Proven experience of DB / DC Pension schemes
Flexible on candidates level but must have previous people management experience
Working knowledge of Pensions projects would be advantageous
