 About the role  
  • Create process/procedure frameworks that enhance service delivery 
  • Ensure best practice, legislative, technology meet market demands 
  • Oversee resources, ensure smooth recruitment processes and enhance on-boarding 
  • Provide technical support and ensure staff training development needs are met 
  • Work with various departments to ensure client need are met   

 About you 
  • Background in DB or DC Administration delivery 
  • Previous experience in managing teams and overseeing staff development  
  • Experience in process improvements across a Pensions Admin function
