This offers a varied and challenging interim role for a skilled Senior Pensions Operations Manager, leading operations for a £multi-billion pension fund. 

About the role 
  • Outcome focussed with a change management mindset, you will lead the Pensions Operations function, ensuring delivery of the business plan 
  • Utilise excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills navigating this large, complex organisation, with key stakeholders, trustees and external providers  Focused on member service and engagement, work closely with third party administrators to ensure delivery of highest standards of member service  Ensure systems and processes are running effectively, identifying and resolving issues to continually enhance member experience, whilst managing risk and cost 
  • A strong people manager, lead and support the in-house Operations team 

About you 
  • Draw on your expertise in DB operations, closely managing and driving third party administration services and relationship management, DC expertise beneficial but not essential 
  • Skilled in driving change, ideally up to date with relevant Pensions legislation and the developing Pensions landscape
