A rare chance to join this well-respected pension's administration provider in a crucial role in helping to develop and deliver online offline communications to their members. 

Utilising your previous experience and knowledge of pensions, in particular, defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, you will create and maintain digital and paper-based content including letters, emails, forms, web pages and help articles.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and colleagues, you will ensure communications meet pension's technical and regulatory requirements. Duties will also include delivering on-boarding communication campaigns for new clients, as well as ad hoc communication projects for retained clients.

So, if you possess the experience of writing to style guides, excellent communication skills, as well as taking complex concepts into something easy to understand then this could be the role for you.
