About the role
- Liaise with corporate clients, Trustees and scheme members by telephone, email, post and in person, as required.
- Calculate and communicate member’s pension increases.
- Arrange investments and disinvestments as appropriate for corporate clients to maintain sufficient balances or in the case of settlements being required.
- Complete annual renewals on all schemes as appropriate and prepare and issue annual benefit statements to all members as appropriate.
- Prepare, and circulate trustee meeting packs to include agendas, minutes, stewardship reports and other documentation as required.
- Peer review the work of more junior (or other) colleagues as appropriate.
- Train/Coach the more junior members of the team on, to include, systems, procedures, legislation and other core functions under the team.
About you
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and other applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Organised and highly motivated.
- Good levels of Pensions Industry knowledge (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to study towards professional qualifications (preferred but not essential)
