 Job Description

The manager is responsible for assisting to manage a portfolio of clients on behalf of the firm and to assist with the development of the firm.

To ensure that all that we do supports our business objectives of delivering the highest possible service.

To be innovative and entrepreneurial. To look for and create opportunities to provide more support to our clients and new services. 

  • To ensure that the right things are done at the right time in the right way for each of your clients.
  • Running a scheme diary for each client where one isn’t reliably being run by another party
  • Ensuring that processes and output are compliant with law.
  • To push those more senior to delegate work while being willing to delegate to those more junior.  
  • To be mindful of the fees that we charge your clients to ensure we: Provide good value to them and they are profitable clients for us.
  • To look for other ways that we can help our clients and improve what we do in their eyes.
  • To look for other fee generating opportunities with your clients and to seek help to convert those opportunities if needed.
  • To be aware of the need for and to participate in the process of new ideas for services and markets.
  • To support the growth of the business by proactively supporting our new business activities.

What we’re looking for: 

  • Professional trustee firm or governance consulting role background or Admin/consulting background having done some trustee secretarial work as part of your job
  • DC work as well as DB, so previous exposure to both is desirable.
  • Experienced Client Manager
