Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Pension Administration Software Implementation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our pension administration software for our clients, providing training to clients on how to use the software, and conducting quality assurance checks to ensure that the software meets the clients' privacy, security & admin requirements. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and provide customized solutions for Aurora. APMI is a qualification earned in the United Kingdom

Qualifications

  • MUST Have - Experience in the implementation of pension plans onto admin platforms
  • MUST Have - APMI Qualified (Or Similar)
  • Strong understanding of pension administration and software implementation
  • Demonstrated experience in software implementation projects
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Administration Software
