- Maintain excellent sales pipeline records
- Cross sell to existing client base
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage the prospect relationship
- Working knowledge of the pensions industry, contract/mastertrust
- Understanding of wider areas such as Flexible Benefits, Healthcare, Group Risk and the Employee Benefits
- Prior Sales led experience is desirable but open to candidates keen to move into this role.
