You will offer governance support, help and advice on current and future projects. You will answer technical queries from administration, you may even need to assist with any complaints handling as part of the role.

You will be able to interpret new legislation, (as we all know changes happen regularly in pensions), what do these mean? what processes need to change? and help the administration team put new processes in place.  Good Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills will help you in this role for data analysis and presentation and training writing/giving and pension communications. In return if you are not already studying or PMI qualified you will be sponsored to study, and your membership paid upon achieving also.
