Supporting and developing a pensions communications team, you will strive to help shape and deliver a proposition strategy that is bold, creative and innovative. You will be working closely with your team to ensure market-leading innovative communications delivery to all DC clients. Duties will include: identifying new business opportunities, ensuring communication consulting and the production of materials is first class and managing the professional development of your team while helping to shape to the direction of the business.
This role requires a proven leader, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in pensions communications and the ability to develop and execute client strategy. You will be able to demonstrate experience in sales and growth and have a successful track record in forming partnerships with key stakeholders.
