Thanks to continued new business success and general growth in the consulting area of this independent pension's consultancy we are seeking an experienced pension's professional to join its team.
Working as part of this team, you will likely lead on some clients alongside providing strong support to more experienced consultants in all areas of pension consulting work for corporate and trustee clients.
You will provide advice on the design, funding, administration and communication of pension schemes; as well as helping clients manage a variety of benefit related risks; guiding clients when formulating the shape of future pension provisions and delivering innovative solutions.
Other key responsibilities will include to prepare for and attend company/trustee/governance committee meetings providing advice and guidance, as well supporting the implementation of tailor-made client solutions, providing effective communication explaining the thinking behind recommended strategies and continuous dialogue to achieve the desired results on time and within budget.
