A truly fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven analyst with at least a couple of years of DB and DC Pensions experience. This unique role will sit within the Human Capital Management department of a leading global financial institution.
We are seeking a professional with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity who is eager to progress their career within the Financial sector. This position supports the administrative and operational aspects of UK pensions, as well as some exposure across benefits provision within EMEA.
You will be supporting the team in the administrative and governance aspects of the pension provision to employees in the UK. Responsibilities will be broad and will include managing all of the logistics to organise approximately 20 Trustee board meetings and committee meetings per annum and liaising with advisers to prepare papers. From an operational perspective you will be supporting day-to-day administration of UK pension programmes, e.g. payrolls, employee queries and administrative aspects of trustee and employee communications.
To be considered for this vacancy you must have at least 1-2 years of Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution UK pension's experience, with a working knowledge of pension's administration. You will have excellent organisation skills with superior attention to detail and possess the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and take initiative to improve own performance. You will have excellent communication, influencing and persuasion skills and be comfortable working in a global team that both welcomes and challenges new ideas.
