World leaders in their field, this top employer seeks a Pensions and Benefits professional to manage the agenda. Acting on behalf of the Trustees, you will be responsible for owning the provision and delivery of UK pensions and for administering their suite of employee benefits.
You will provide a full oversight, stakeholder management and strategy direction of all arrangements, ensuring good governance is in place, as well as acting as the scheme secretary.

This is a role that will suit an individual with similar experience or Consultant looking to move in house to add value across the whole piece. You must demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management experience. Sound pensions technical and SME knowledge and understanding of UK governance and pension legislation is essential.
