We are seeking a passionate communications expert with experience of working within pensions to bring creativity, as well as rigour to a crucial project. You will be joining the dedicated communications team of a large UK pension insurer, where employees can thrive and prosper.
Your role will involve reviewing and updating policyholder letters and packs alongside proof reading updated documents to ensure consistency of terminology. You will be assisting with the updating of policyholder booklets including liaising with designers and printers where necessary. Helping to create important new features to the packs such as a retirement glossary and infographic.
Working with the third party administrators you will ensure the updates letters/packs are rolled out properly in a timely fashion and also be helping to review the corporate website and policyholder sites in line with Consumer Duty requirements.
The initial status of the role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, however, this is highly likely to be extended or made permanent.
