This is a fantastic opportunity for a DC pension's professional to join this friendly, successful team as an Employer Services Consultant. This role will suit someone with excellent knowledge of DC occupational pensions, ideally you will have current experience of providing consulting services to clients, however, a strong senior administrator who is keen to move into a consulting role will also be considered.
The key skills required are excellent technical knowledge of DC Pensions including governance and legislation matters alongside the ability to formulate complex, bespoke employee benefit solutions whilst addressing the issues facing employers of all sizes. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and the ability to build positive, lasting relationships with clients. The employer offers hybrid working with at least 2 days being in the office (ideally more, especially in your initial few weeks).
