Our client is a leading provider of UK occupational Pension schemes offering DB and DC solutions to some 350,000 members. With £12 billion in assets under management it provides Trustee, Investment and Administration services to over 48 schemes.
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, our client is looking to recruit a high performing individual to develop and manage the delivery of an exceptional client service. This role is a unique and highly impactful leadership opportunity at an exciting time in the evolution and growth of our client.

Your role will be responsible for effective relationship management to a portfolio of clients and secretarial service to allocated Employer Committees. You will implement communications, coordinate projects and provide governance support. This opportunity has a clear client-focus, with client requirements and issue resolution being at the forefront of the role.
To be considered for this role you will have a wealth of experience of Occupational pension schemes, ideally within a similar role. You will also have sound pension technical knowledge. APMI would be advantageous.
