Based on the edge of the City of London and offering hybrid working,this is a fantastic opportunity for a Pensions Professional to join/lead the in house pension function of this organisation which holds charitable status.
The scheme has a number of DB elements which are administered externally by a Third Party Administrator, and an arrangement with NEST to manage temporary staff/contractors etc. from an auto enrolment perspective.
You will be responsible for all aspect of the internal management of their pension arrangements, covering elements of scheme admin, trustee mailings and communication, payroll and finance support and liaising and managing the relationships with third party service providers.
Candidates must have a solid background in UK Defined Benefit pension schemes, including excellent technical/legislative knowledge and a detailed understanding of scheme administration. You experience will be significant, and will likely have been gained with another in-house pension scheme or within a TPA or Pension Consultancy environment.
