The Role

As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager (‘CRM’) your primary focus is to develop commercial, consultative, and mutually beneficial working partnerships with each of your Heywood Pension Technologies (‘HPT’) customers, within your portfolio. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Adopt a consultative approach to fully understand and document the needs of each of your customers

  • Develop a network of contacts and relevant decision makers across your customer portfolio. This will then enable you to build credibility and influence others which strengthens loyalty and retention
  •  Identify and close-out revenue opportunities
  • Understand your customer's operational strengths and weaknesses, what is important to them, possible concerns, and opportunities for us to support their strategic objectives
  • Focus on revenue targets for your customer portfolio upon which you will provide progress reports and achievements against set targets
  • Lead contract reviews with your customers
  • Act as the voice of the customer - collaborate with team members, and the wider business, to ensure that any customer challenges are effectively and efficiently resolved that their views, perceptions, and experiences are fully represented.

In addition, as a Senior CRM, you will use your proven industry experience and knowledge to:
  • Support the CRM Leader in organising the day-to-day operations of the CRM team including team calls/meetings, planning, liaison with other departments and representing team CRM internally

  • Support the CRM Leader with the continuing development of skills and experience across the CRM team as a whole
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and prioritisation of our roadmap, working closely with colleagues across the business including Product, Development and Operations
  • Help win new business – supporting as needed in the work required to win new names
  • Provide/contribute to thought leadership internally and externally
  • Provide support as required to the development and updating of the business strategy and the development of new propositions and partnerships.

Additional Information

  • Frequent UK wide travel including overnight stays
