Our client is highly reputable with long standing relationships with their clients and they are now seeking a new team member with DB experience to join their Consulting team. You will work in a support position to the Senior Consultants and have a broad role where you will be given the opportunity to develop your career, skills and experience, with the longer term aim of being a Pension Consultant, managing your own clients. The role will have a high level of support to clients with the co-ordination of Trustee meetings, secretariat services, consideration for benefit and reward strategy and Scheme Governance management. The role will also cover projects including data cleansing, procurement and drafting member communications. This firm will provide support for professional qualifications, mentoring and responsibility at an early stage.
