The Bid Team play a crucial role in all new business development processes and as a Bid Manager, you will play a key role in shaping responses by providing high quality literature and materials to communicate winning strategy, as well as helping to prepare the pitch teams by coaching the delivery team in preparation for face to face client interaction by ensuring key messages are presented consistently and with maximum impact.
To be considered, you should have proven experience working in a bid management or new business pursuit/business development capacity along with project management experience.
