This is a new role which will see you join this well-regarded pensions and benefits firm in a senior consultancy role, are you ready for this new challenge?

This role will see you support clients by providing advice and guidance on the management of their defined contribution pension schemes and other employee benefits, such as group life and income protection schemes.

Services include responding to queries and issues, providing regulatory updates and dealing with scheme renewals and re-broking. The aim of your role will be to ensure that your clients comply with legislative requirements and operate efficient and effective employee benefit schemes.

In addition to the necessary expected experience and qualifications, you should be able to demonstrate key attributes such as having a client focused approach, with the ability to develop trusting and credible partnerships with clients both face to face and via the telephone.

You will also seek ways of innovating, simplifying and improving quality, service delivery and processes.
