This large pensions consultancy are seeking an individual who will support and work closely with the Administration Manager as a day to day contact for clients, as well as assisting in the line management of the team. You will be expected to participate in strategic business changes, ie. critical success factors, implement decisions made by the Board and Principals and understand the issues that affect the performance of the company. In addition, you will be involved in a wide range of pension administration tasks.
To be considered, you should have previous experience of DB schemes and have an expert knowledge of pensions administration with the ability to apply this to any scheme. Previous supervisory or workflow management experience will be required, including performance monitoring, appraisals and recruitment. The successful candidate will have positive personal impact qualities such as leadership, influencing, credibility and empathy. They will also be an outstanding communicator with effective management skills and the ability to delegate work.
