Newly created key role where you will use your creativity to make a positive difference in the continued development and delivery of the overall Sales & Marketing Strategy for our client as they progress in their ambitious growth objective to double the size of their business by 2025. The successful candidate will be a pensions professional with good knowledge of professional trusteeships and the pensions market more generally as they will be responsible for working collaboratively with team members in the day-to-day management of the implementation of the annual Sales & Marketing plan.
This important role will see you managing the response process, including gathering and distributing bid intelligence, building the social media presence by shaping and supporting this process and in addition you will manage the support of pitch presentations and client relationship management of third tier where you will nuture and allow these relationships to flow. In short, it's a blend of Project Management, Marketing and CRM.
To be considered you should have 5 years+ experience of working in/managing a team in a bid support environment, shaping and generating new business, providing RfP responses and developing presentation material, ideally within a professional services context.
