This highly regarded specialist Third Party Administration and Pension Consulting firm are looking to hire an experienced Senior Administrator to join their excellent Manchester based third party administration team.

Working as part of this highly competent, friendly and professional third party administration team, you’ll be responsible for providing an exemplary level of service to your own dedicated portfolio of pension schemes.

You’ll be the main point of contact for your allocated clients though you will delegate work to Pension Administrators as appropriate keeping under review the workload of individuals and the team. You will also be responsible for checking the work of the Pension Administrators and other Senior Administrators.

Other duties may include, but not be limited to monitoring targets and service level standards, ensuring that all work that the team produces is of an equally high standard. You will also be required to Trustee meetings and other client meetings as required.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of at least 5 years’ experience of administering Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pensions schemes and will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. You’ll have a good understanding of current pension legislation and have experience of supervising and mentoring less experienced members of staff.

Individuals who are studying toward/have achieved APMI qualification would be preferred.
