Even during these unprecedented times, my client, a global leading financial services organisation is still very much “business as usual”.  In line with current regulations all staff are currently working from home. Once there is a return to the office, the role will be split between working in the office and working from home (dependent on business needs).

Due to ongoing business developments they are now seeking an additional Project Manager within an area of the business that is responsible for looking after projects for their pension clients (Trustees and Scheme Sponsors).

You will be responsible for project managing and implementing an arrangement for a pension scheme or schemes.  This could range from a scheme onboarding to any additional services for the end members.  It will also involve having regular meetings with the client and checking the progress of the project(s) and workstreams. Additionally, the role will also focus on the delivery of all services.  This can include Single Sign-on web integration, Payroll Deduction and Changes to investment strategies etc

As someone who will also identify any operational issues as they arise and make recommendations to Clients / Management for any required changes, this is a role where you will be pro-active in determining any other needs or concerns of the client and Operations department and act on them accordingly.  The role also covers corporate actions which includes the project management of any major changes in any Plan & investment design post set up.

Ideally Prince 2/Agile Practitioner Qualified, you will already possess experience in Defined Contributions and/or Final Salary operations administration & implementation, coupled with further knowledge of investment, savings and retirement market, you will be someone who is a self-starter and who is keen to develop their career further whilst taking on more responsibility and new projects

This is only a brief description and further information is available on application together with details of the remuneration package that includes a highly attractive base salary, bonus potential of up to 15% and a market leading non-contributory pension.  As mentioned the role is offices based in Surrey with the option to partly work from home.
