A fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a diverse range of pension projects where you will be working as part of a fast-paced team within an award-winning third party consultancy. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects or programmes within the business to support delivering services to members and clients. You will be integral to ensuring this busy Operations Team achieve its revenue, cost and satisfaction KPIs through successful delivery of projects and programmes to internal and external stakeholders. In conjunction with other business areas, the Lead Project Manager will establish and regulate the set of protocols, standards, processes, roles and responsibilities. The nature of assigned projects will vary but may include internal business change projects, software development projects, new client implementation projects or client change projects. In addition, you will train, support and supervise other Project Managers and manage and lead on internal and external project meetings.

To be considered, the successful candidate should have strong technical DB and/or DC knowledge with a minimum of 5 years experience of pension projects (scheme projects or technical or business change projects). The role has an element of homeworking, along with a flexible working environment and other benefits include discretionary bonus paid twice yearly, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holiday, private health care and income protection.
