Ready for a new challenge, which will utilise your pension's knowledge, as well as your communication skills?  Keen to work for an organisation that is well-regarded for its service to clients and scheme members?  If so, this is your opportunity to join them in this home-based role.

Thanks to continued new business success, there is a need to grow the contact centre, which provides an important service to pension scheme members to enable them to enquire about their benefits. As well as dealing with other external parties, you will work closely with the internal admin teams to provide a joined up and quality service.

As well as this role, there is also a more junior role on offer within the team, which will see you commence your career in pensions working key tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing post, monitoring client email boxes, all with a high attention to detail and accuracy.

With training provided and a good team ethos already in place this would be a great opportunity to build your career in the UK Pension's industry and be part of a growing success story.
