At present, my client, a leading financial services organisation is following working from home guild lines and have an excellent system in place to on-board new members of staff remotely. As we move forward they will be introducing a new flexible working programme where you only be required to work in the office only a number of days a month, with the rest seeing you working remotely from home.

They now have an unusual role for a highly experienced pensions professional who is looking to further develop and diversify their career within a Pension Audit function.

The role of the Pensions Audit Manager will include delivering audit assignments covering their DC pensions business and other related functions to verify that business operations are effectively controlled and that risks are mitigated. This will include participating in the planning and execution of audit assignments in line with their audit methodology, producing findings and drafting reports for presentation to Senior Management.

Additionally, the role will also provide support and subject matter expertise to other audits across the global audit team to ensure effective coverage of pension regulatory risk.

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with experience of the administration of Defined Contribution (DC) pensions, pension fund accounting or even a pension compliance/risk environment, who is looking to further develop and build their career within Internal Audit (previous experience of Internal Audit is beneficial, but certainly not necessary, as your pensions experience is far more important.).

With your experience preferably gained within the administration of DC pension benefits, it is essential that you are someone who has ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, coupled with good analytical and problem solving skills and be someone who is delivery focussed with an ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst also being flexible, adaptable and be able to respond effectively to changing business needs

This is a very brief description and full details including the remuneration and benefits package that includes bonus potential, non-contributory pensions and free parking (when in office) are available on application.
