Our client, an independent firm of actuaries and employee benefit consultants, are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be responsible for managing the retention and ongoing relationships with a portfolio of clients, across the full range of corporate pension services.

Candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, working in conjunction with Pension Consultants, Trustees, the administration team etc. You will be the first point of contact for Trustee’s and employers relating to queries and attend meetings as require. You will help support in the promotion of other services our client offers that may be of interest to your clients and ensure a smooth relationship.

Candidates need to have a good working knowledge of Defined Benefit and / or Defined Contribution pensions, previous experience in the administration of the schemes would be ideal. You will have good planning and organisational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Good presentation and relationship management skills are essential as is the ability to work independently.
