This multi-award winning consultancy are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager in delivering the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a QA framework and programmes of internal audits within the pensions administration business. You will be responsible for the assessment of root cause analysis on ongoing pension complaints, providing trend analysis and working with the business to build effective solutions. You will also take ownership of national initiatives and continuous improvement activities and will deputise for the QA Manager in their absence. This role can be worked from home with only occasional visits to any regional office when necessary.
To be considered, you will have proven experience in complaints management, ideally within a pension administration environment and a track record in complaints management and resolution, delivering fixes and Root Cause Analysis at process, site and strategic level.
