Location: Working from home and office at West Yorkshire Fire Service, BD11 2DY

£35,745 to £37,890 per annum

Do you have a wealth of pensions knowledge? Are you a great communicator?

You will need significant pensions experience along with the ability to support a team. This is a key role in providing a comprehensive pension service to all managers and employees relating to Local Government and Firefighter Pension Schemes. You will be instrumental in supporting the Chief Employment Services Officer to fulfil their scheme manager responsibilities.

You will manage and administer long-term projects including new pension schemes and automatic enrolment; support ill health retirement cases; provide briefings to managers on the impacts of pension changes, writing and amending policies and procedures where appropriate.

We offer flexible working arrangements. Whilst you will be required to work from our offices for parts of your initial training, after this you'll work both in the office and from home/remotely as part of our 'hybrid' working model. Therefore, applicants must also have a car available for work purposes with valid business insurance and a reliable home internet connection.
