This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with in depth experience of the ins and outs of DC or Personal Pension schemes to join a recognised name in the UK financial services world; joining a relatively new team that focuses proposition and product development. Within this team, you will be the 'go to' person when it comes to queries around scheme governance and regulatory requirements.
To be successful with your application, you will need to have a high level of understanding of the UK DC/Personal Pension market, which you will be required to bring to this role alongside excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues and queries from legislative and other structural changes in the market place. Specifically, you will need to know the ins and outs in terms of scheme governance and be able to communicate these in all forms to people that may or may not have any experience of Pensions jargon.
In terms of personality attributes you will need to be confident, articulate and have the understanding of the importance of providing excellent client service.
This role offers everything from a competitive salary to a travel allowance, through to a matched Pension contribution, performance-related bonus and various other personal cover and allowances provided by their flexible benefits offering.
