This niche pensions' consultancy covers a spectrum of services from third party evaluation to major change and they have attracted high quality clients over the years due to their professional approach. In this role, you will initially be seconded to a large company for 1-2 years, working in a fast-paced environment and your strong business acumen will see you working proactively with stakeholders at all levels in administrative/governance aspects of the UK and EMEA pension schemes. Your responsibilities will include organising a large number of Trustee Board and committee meetings, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and ensuring agenda packs and minutes are distributed in a timely manner. You will also be involved with day to day management, arranging regular review of governing documents and supporting the Trustees and pension teams with Management Information (MI). In addition, you will liaise and engage with other service providers, internal stakeholders and Trustee advisers to support operational aspects.
This is a unique role because when the secondment is complete, you will resume your career as a Technical Consultant with a Trustee Services bias where you will further develop your strong analytical and project management skills. To be considered, you should have knowledge of trust based Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension arrangements, 1-2 years of UK pensions experience and working knowledge of Trustee board support from a pension administration background. In return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package along with a performance bonus.
