In this exciting communications role you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of a front-facing Member Services function to all scheme members and other relevant parties. You will provide assistance with the development and maintenance of the Fund’s communication strategy, helping to also identify hard to reach groups and target such groups by the necessary segmentation and activity. You will be responsible for the implementation of campaigns on behalf of the Fund to its stakeholders and for promotion of all Fund’s events to raise awareness, attendance and take up.
You will need at least a basic grounding and some background experience already in occupational pension's provision to undertake this role.
