Due to ongoing developments, they are now seeking a Pension Service Delivery Lead, within a growing area of the business that represents all aspects of the relationship beyond the investment process, especially, but not limited to, operations and administration.
This is a client facing role responsible for providing services to Defined Contribution full service pension administration clients and Trustees. You will be the primary operational contact for a portfolio of client’s covering all operational aspects of the client relationship, whilst also providing the best client services in a demanding and evolving market place and be a core contributor to the development of the client relationship on an ongoing basis.
As someone with previous client management experience, gained within a DB and/or DC Pensions Administration experience, this is a career opportunity that will allow you to further develop your strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, as well as utilising your understanding of project management and process improvement methodologies.
