With the opportunity to split your week between working remotely and in the office when restrictions are lifted, we are working with a highly respected financial organisation, who are now seeking a Senior Pensions Data Implementation Associate.
This area of the business is primarily responsible for ensuring their new DC Pension Plans are established to the agreed timescales, as well as managing scheme amendments and changes..
As one of the Senior Associates, you will be responsible for covering all data aspects of establishing/on-boarding new DC schemes within the business. This will include the ongoing client interaction, the initial review and analysis of data, undertaking a due diligence meeting with the client, data set up, transition of existing assets to the business and issuing of new joiner letters / member statements etc.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for supporting the Implementation Project Manager in delivering to the client, as well as identifying any operational issues as they arise and make recommendations to the Project Manager and Client for any required changes.
As someone who possesses some pensions knowledge (approximately 18 months), it is essential that you possess good Excel, strong numerical data analysis and some client communication skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for some with pension’s experience who is looking to develop their experience and career away from the day-to-day administration side and move into more of a project-based environment.
