This instantly recognizable ‘household name’ are looking for a Pension Specialist to join their in house pensions scheme management function as a Pension Project and Process Manager.
The primary function of your role will be to project manage and deliver any new corporate and strategic initiatives. These could be diverse and wide ranging, but could include change projects such as the closure of a DB scheme, changes to benefits, the implementation of regulatory chances etc.
You will also be responsible for overseeing the delivery of improvements to existing processes, and the design and implementation of new processes.
The ideal candidate will have already gained a significant amount of experience in Defined Benefit and Defined Contributions pensions, gained within either a third party consultancy or in-house pension environment. You will possess strong knowledge of pensions legislation and applying that knowledge in a practical manner, and prior experience of managing projects or project workstreams.
