Great opportunity to join this award-winning in house pensions department in the heart of the city centre. This team has exciting and ambitious plans to transform their services and the member experience, so you will be joining them at a great time. Reporting to the Pensions Team Leader, you will calculate and process pension benefits for members of the company's pension plan and work flexibly as part of a larger team across other service streams where required. Key responsibilities will be to communicate member pension entitlements and resolve member queries, develop and maintain positive, effective and professional working relationships with members, clients, stakeholders and the company's colleagues and deliver consistently excellent value-added service. To be considered for this role, you will have a proven track record as an experienced pensions' practitioner with a broad understanding of pensions legislation, particularly DB and Career Average schemes.
