Excellent in-house opportunity to assist to design and deliver the engagement and communication strategies of the Pensions Department, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. To assist the Engagement Manager with governance and secretarial duties in relation to the Pensions Committee and senior management meetings. 

About the role 

  • Manage engagement with our customers, including stakeholders, employers and members, through a range of different channels.
  • Identify opportunities and areas where we need to change our practices. Devise solutions and recommendations to ensure good outcomes.
  • Lead the communication aspects of change and development projects, working with the Board’s Systems and Administration team to implement any changes.
  • Deputise for the Engagement Manager when required 

About you 

  • Ideally MPMI qualification and to have made significant progress towards qualifying as an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI) or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Ability to interpret pensions technical requirements as practice and pensions law and regulation develops
  • Excellent presentation and influencing skills and confidence in speaking to groups of people.
  • This role can be worked remotely
