Our client are seeking an individual who will be responsible for the consistency and quality of the casework processed by the Benefit Operations Teams. You will deal with all complex member benefit queries and calculations and provide day-to-day support on how the regulations apply in cases. Development and maintenance of a technical log, providing a database of complex cases and responses is required, along with a technical understanding of operational processes and procedures, with the ability to problem solve and provide solutions. You will also manage the initial investigation and effective evaluation of specific casework, in particular death grant assessment reviews, transfer out casework and internal dispute resolution case and you will co-ordinate and manage the training of new and existing staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, flexible and have significant pensions knowledge with excellent communication and customer service skills.
