This highly regarded, award winning workplace pension specialist are looking to hire a Risk Manager to support the evolution and development of their risk vision and strategy by designing and executing the implementation of initiatives which enhance the risk management framework, risk maturity and the ‘risk culture’ of the organisation.
You will oversee an effective risk management framework, providing commentary on the standard of risk management across the business and undertaking initiatives to educate the business/key stakeholders on a range of complex risk related issues. This will allow the business to understand the frameworks and various tools, enabling them to identify, assess, manage and report their own risks effectively and appropriately.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate governance and risk management principles ideally gained within a Financial Services (FCA/PRA) regulated environment, and will have previous exposure to financial, pension investment and associated cyber/data risks.
Candidates will also be skilled in risk and trend identification and mitigation techniques.
