This Independent Pension Trustee and Governance specialist firm is looking to hire an Associate Consultant to join their busy and growing team of pension professionals. The organisation provides trustee and governance services to a broad portfolio of schemes, from small to very large, and both open and closed schemes.

Your role will be to support more senior colleague in the provision of services to clients, eventually leading on more of your own clients as you experience grows.

You be involved in all kinds of work including attending trustee meetings, drafting meeting documentation and client communications, adviser selection and reviews, de-risking project and providing Trustee Secretariat services to name but a selection of the types of work you’ll undertake.

Candidates will have a minimum of approximately 2-3 years’ experience of working within a similar pensions environment, and will possess a strong technical understanding of how DB and DC schemes function. Candidates will ideally have provided Scheme Secretariat services already, and have excellent client relationship skills.
