A wonderful new opportunity for an experienced PR professional with knowledge of the UK financial sector to join this dynamic, bespoke PR and communications consultancy dedicated to the pensions, investment and employee benefit industries.
You will have comprehensive experience of PR and marketing activities and channels and be an excellent communicator – both verbal and written. You will be able to work as part of a team, but also to self-motivate and take ownership of individual tasks.
Organised and efficient with the ability to work to deadlines and cope positively with time pressure and be prepared to roll up your sleeves as and when necessary. We are looking for someone who is energetic, positive and inquisitive; a proactive and creative thinker with ambitions to grow and develop your knowledge and experience.
Your new role will involve liaising directly with clients and attending client meetings and events. You will be building connections and relationships with journalists, clients and industry peers. Duties will be broad and involve; researching, writing, proof reading and issuing copy - including press releases, articles and blogs. Identifying relevant press stories and journalist interests for clients. Arranging interviews and commentary opportunities for clients, and securing opportunities for clients in relevant publications.
Someone with Pensions experience would be ideal but general finance experience will also be considered. The role will be based in London but with the benefit and flexibility of hybrid working. Part-time applicants are welcome (minimum 4 days per week).
