We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager to join this International Pensions Company. You will be a strong people manager, positive with high energy levels and a real passion for managing performance through people. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving excellent customer service standards who has experience of operating in a compliance focused and regulated environment within the Pensions Sector.
Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of Senior and Customer Service Executives, currently approx. 15 direct reports. Monitoring and reviewing performance of the team to ensure that KPI's, SLA's and compliance requirements are met, ensuring proactive and compliant delivery across all processes. Daily and weekly planning of work across the CSE team and actively leading the team in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of the business. Ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence of the FCA treating customers fairly and conduct rules.
Strong knowledge of Occupational or Personal Pensions is essential.
