This award winning workplace pension solutions specialist are looking to hire a Defined Contributions Operations Manager to join their team.
Working closely with the Operations Director you will be responsible to ensuring efficient and effective administration of all their DC arrangements via their third party administration provider. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the DC operational strategy including further development of their Target Operating Model and operational resilience, along with elements such as quality assurance, key control and frameworks, and contractual management & review of service providers. Operational change and project implementation will also be amongst the broad and varied range of responsibilities.
The successful candidate will have a strong Defined Contribution administration background and possess excellent regulatory and legislative knowledge around DC pension provision. You will have gained operational management experience at a senior level and will be adept at stakeholder management and negotiation. Candidates with experience of DC Master Trust and their ongoing authorisation would be of particular interest.
