This is a great new opportunity for someone with previous team manager responsibilities to join this small, but growing Employee Benefits consultancy. With a background in pensions and ideally other employee benefits products such as Private Medical Insurance, though not essential, you will lead this team in delivering a quality service to your clients.

As well as developing other members of the teams' skills and working practices, you will liaise with and provide technical support to Paraplanners, Advisers and Management within the firm. Other key responsibilities include communicating with clients and providers and arranging and attending meetings with clients and advisers, ensuring all suitable paperwork is prepared for meetings in advance.

Your knowledge of pensions and/or Private Medical Insurance will also ensure all new and renewal business is processed compliantly and is followed through to completion.
