An exciting opportunity to join this highly successful Independent Trustee Company as a Senior Scheme Manager.
Your new role will see you responsible for a portfolio of clients where you will be delivering a variety of trustee executive, secretarial and project and consulting services. You will be expected to take an entrepreneurial approach to creating and converting new business opportunities.
This is a broad and interesting role; duties will include leading the project management of services, providers and special exercises. Organisation of trustee, committee and other meetings. Monitoring of legal and compliance requirements. Management of any member queries and complaints. Drafting or reviewing communications, such as newsletters, member notices, etc.
You will have a proven track record gained within the pension and trustee industry with either in-house or consultancy experience.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and project management skills who is proficient in technical aspects of pensions covering DB, DC and hybrid schemes. You must be skilled at planning and managing all aspects of your work with little supervision with the ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.
You must be degree qualified alongside PMI and Prince 2 certifications (or equivalent).
